I would like to see all the warnings/constructive criticism for nubees* in one place so I don't have to see it on every other thread i look into. If thats a problem to anyone let me know.

If you are a current or retired controller, it would be nice to know where you are coming from specifically, ie. facility, number of years. This essential background information helps digest the criticism a little bit. Thanks.

* I prefer spelling nubees as n00bs but with respect to queeno I'll proceed with nubees
** keep in mind that attending a 4 year school includes a lot of general education classes which gives a unique and diverse education background to each student that attends the college. I personally took a lot of computer science electives which gives me something fun to do and tinker with that the guy from Wendy's doesnt necessarily have the advantage of enjoying. So before criticising a CTI student make sure you know where they went and give the time to listen to their viewpoint. Then kick their head in.:banghead: Or have them do it to themselves like my animated buddy next to me here.
