volunteers & materials needed...

so far, we're not doing any catering....we might do room service, but a lot of it is going to be "provided by us"...which is why we're checking ID's.

well, I've been thinking that we'd have a mixture of beers and maybe make up pitchers of margarita's...but i'm not quite sure how we'd keep them cold..I don't think the suite comes with a fridge (which i never thought of till now). I think we're going to evaluate on saturday afternoon and go from there.

Of course, we will probably need a couple of hands getting everything up to the suite... Mike C is bringing a ton of boxes loaded with goodies...

what i could do is have all 4 guys passing out test tube shots..but that's not as fun as getting them from the girls unless your maximillian_jenius!
