I bet, haven't hit the merge with any of them yet, but it will probably be in the cards when I get to A/A phase (either that or some Luke Viper action)

I found this on google images when I was trying to ID the F16 at SFO.

Most of the "technology" was in the design, not the components (the RAM notwithstanding). The design was the result of the Lockheed Echo One computer program that was crafted after a public domain Soviet academic technology paper. That fact has been widely known for over 20 years, and if anyone was really interested in knowing about how the 117 was designed, they could have easily read that paper, designed a program that was eons better than Echo One, and designed their own stealth aircraft without the aid of the Vega wreckage.

The Navy and Marines fly them.
The jets they had were beat up, and when the ~36 Swiss jets came up, the Navy/Marines replaced their old ones with these relatively low time jets.
They are in Key West, Fallon, and Yuma.
