Which Socal probably read YOU a Brasher for, right?
Nah, socal sent me back to tower who was trying frantically to get me to turn to the correct heading. It all got sorted out.

Man, I tell you, self-driving cars already drive better than humans.
I'm so glad people are taking upon themselves to test these cars on public roads.
I feel safer already.
Noooo, the consensus was that given the circumstances the chances of a human driver being able to avoid her were very low.I remember a thread on here a year or 2 ago, about a self-driving car running over a pedestrian. If memory serves the consensus was that it was no big deal, because most people find pedestrians annoying when they drive.

"Eh it's just a gummed up plug in number 6, this happens sometimes. It'll clear itself when we set takeoff power, always has before. In any cases need to get going, there's some weather moving in at the destination and I've got a Tee time that I don't want to miss."why tf did they even take off?

Flying to a meeting with a co-worker. A two hour flight with 10/15 minutes in IMC, he didn't like IMC. We made this flight bi-weekly so he knew the terrain.ATC never gives wrong headings. The mountain was just in the wrong spot.

Pax: Do you know where there are mountains?
Me: No.... I know where there are not mountains.
Ahh, the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy methodology of flight: “They key is to throw yourself at the ground...and miss”
