Arbitrariness replaces reason with authority.
Look back. I said that.Yeah, but apes are gonna ape, man. You know what doesn’t ape? A computer.
In fairness, even computers sometimes ape. And when computers ape, it's usually really bad... ironically, for precisely the same reason that the computer rarely effs up in the first place.
But yeah, in general, unless actual piloting needs to happen due to the type of mission, exigencies of the mission, or unscheduled events occurring during the bus ride, computers are better at manipulating control surfaces than most apes or even most humans.
Be better, or be replaced. As it stands right now, most managements would happily replace us with computers. Soon enough the managers and the computer programmers will be replaced by computers. Then we can all melt into our barcaloungers snoring before Netflix as our slurpies ooze down our chests over our bellies.
Bigger picture questions folks might want to start asking themselves: "What is the point of an economy?" "What is the point of us?"
