Just a heads up, there really wasn't a big reason to come out swinging against the regional guys.

No offense, but this job is 1000 times better than a regional job...at least for most people.
This job requires that you do more than follow the book and raise the gear at 600ft.
Your plane mr. regional new hire 400TT guy...Fix it.
Of course, personally I wouldnt work for a regional if you held a gun to my head. Im worth more than 23K a year.
