Don't have much info yet, but a buddy of mine just responded to this a few hours ago. Been a rough couple weeks at KRHV. Anyone else have any info?

It looks like the north west side of the field. The blue hangar in the background to the right of the engine is Tradewinds I believe.

Well with the crazy steering system on those things probably the only reason we don't see more of them off the side of a runway/taxiway is that they're always broke down and in the hangar.

Not an RHV based airplane, that's Ocala off the departure end of 31, there's about 500 feet of grass between the fence and the end of the runway... so it must have been going fairly fast.

Is that the one with the dolphin on the side or whatever?

No, the dolphin is a turbine commander. Also, it has a dolphin on the side. ;) I don't believe the incident plane is local to the field, but I'm not sure about that.

You just gotta be gentle with them, except when you need to be tough. It's one of those tricycles that appeal to taildragger pilots. ;)

I'm assuming you're RHV based? Did you happen to get a tail number?
