TSA Pre-Check For Dispatchers

Fwiw January 15 the TSA is removing the "uniform requirement" from KCM. You will only need CREW on your ID badge and be at an airline that participates in KCM. Not how that will work for any dispatchers who might have CREW on their IDs.. But might be promising.

I have Global Entry/Pre Check; most of the time when I was jumpseating, I would go to the counter and list there and they would attach my PC number on the ticket to satisfy the BlueShirts.

So you've had no problems with a tkt agt attaching a PC Number to a Gate Pass/OMC pass? The last time I offlined, coming up from a week's vacay in SYD, I was off the plane, thru Global Entry at the TBIT, and got to a special services counter at AA-LAX to get the gate pass to go thru security. I was at the departure gate for the flight to DFW in 1+10 from getting off the UA from SYD. I meant to ask the agent at AA-LAX if he could add the KTN number, but he seemed a little stressed for 7am...

That's what I do. My company is usually my backup anyways.

Today, I just showed my badge and was through in 3 minutes. Next time they will probably make get a security document. They are very inconsistent in the smaller stations..
