Time for the next chapter

NY Chinese is the best. There was this hole in the wall joint that we went to somewhere near LGA when I was doing sim training at the FSI LGA MAT in the 1900. I haven't been able to find anything like that since.

As you know, PHX has about the crappiest Chinese food on the planet!

Oh we'll do better then that. We can head over to upper central and hit up Ollie's!!

Now that is GOOOOOOD Chinese, and I miss it something terrible. My mouth is watering already.

As you know, PHX has about the crappiest Chinese food on the planet!

ABOUT the crappiest?

You mean there's worse? Short of Chinese I have had in Spain, and maybe France, I can't think of worse Chinese food then PHX.

Then again I better not speak such things so loud, or I might find myself abducted by the managing directors of PF Chang/Pei Wei/Panda Express and sent of for social reprogramming. :D

REPEAT AFTER ME.......IT IS PF CHANG'S, AND YOU LOVE IT. YOU LOVE IT!

Orlando, Florida, the land of chain restaurant schlock, had better Chinese grub than PHX.

And that's sad!

Let's put it this way, Orlando was so bad that when some enterprising businessman put in a Don Pablos, there was a two hour wait.

That bad.

Well, after two years of instructing Chinese students in the Arizona desert, I am off to Dallas/Fort Worth in 2 weeks for ground school! :D

The next chapter in my aviation career begins shortly, and I am pretty excited.

My list of people to thank is longer then my flights to KVCV in the PA44 (Which, thankfully I am done with :)), but of course on the top of the list is my man Doug T.

Had it not been for this site, the information I have gained and the contacts I have made through it, I probably wouldn't even be heading in this direction at all, and that goes all the way back to picking a school in which to train and teach after I returned from Europe. Not to mention some documentation assistance and general good counsel, I can't thank you enough man!

Mr. Jhugz, not to be forgotten! I said before and I'll say again, without your help I would not have the job, period! Thanks for everything man.

My buddy Blizzue, and the endless hour plus long conversations and the resume walk in, thanks man. Actually I'm not going to thank you too much yet, as I am not done bugging you yet! :D

Seggy and Amoris, thanks for the Colgan support guys, you guys the Anyone I missed, thank you too. This site is the best, and I am looking forward to being able to continuing helping people out in a different capacity.

Where did you get a job?

Seggy has officially been displaced as the Ambassador of New Jersey to JetCareers.com. You are a fine representation of our wonderful State.

Just occurred to me, I am going to have to start asking for advice on flight kits, roller boards, shoes, etc from all the airline folk round here. :)

I am getting pretty excited!
