Thursday night Pizza and 9FI Meet n Greet

How many JC'rs are interested in attending Thursday night Pizza and 9FI Meet n Greet at NYNY?

I think I remember being there once...it's a bit fuzzy.

Unless something bad happens jumpseating down there, I'll see ya'll there.

Yup and they were horrible IMHO. That whole residency was a joke. His band are a bunch of young metal head, make up wearing scensters types who are in their late 20s, early 30s. It just looked pathetic watching him hobble all over the stage trying to keep up with the youngins. He did have an oxygen tank backstage too.
True story, they played a show on Halloween and Axl had specific instructions to not allow anyone in who was dressed up as Slash or wearing a t-shirt with Slash on it. They actually turned away a quite a few people that night. The t-shirt thing was a rule through out the entire residency. Security had cover-up stickers to hand out to those who had a GNR t-shirts with Slash on it. The guy is a real bitter POS.
 
Ok it looks like we'll have enough people. What time do we want to meet for pizza and what time do we want to meander over to 9FI? As soon as we get a firm time, I'll call to 9FI to see if we can reserve the balcony.

Someone also said the pizza place upstairs was better, but not sure how much room they have.
 
No, the pizza place upstairs is not a restaurant; it's a pizza place.

There may be another for Thursday night. My friend, Sara, who is a corporate FA/Chef and married to a Delta pilot is in town for the conference. She thought she had a trip leaving Thursday morning, but it's been changed to Saturday morning.

The place upstairs is just called NY Pizza. Much closer to real NY style pizza, in my opinion. And I am a connoisseur of pizza. :)

They may or may not have enough room for us, depending on how crowded they are. There are plenty of seats if they're not crowded at that time, though.
 
Well Friday is a holiday here in Nevada (Nevada Day) so its looking more likely that Ill be there. I wont be there for pizza but Ill meet up at the Irish place.
 
Okay after looking at threads from NJCs of yesteryears, I figured we could go with a 19:00 meet up at New York Pizzeria.(7:00 P.M. for non airline or military folks) Our usual pizza place is Sirrico's, but @ATN_Pilot says that New York Pizzeria is much better. I don't know if we'll all have room there, but we'll give it a shot. Does anyone know if 9FI charges a cover charge after a certain time?
