It's Delta Air Lines. Not Delta Airlines.

I saw a DCA ad in Suba Diving magazine last week and actually tore it out and kept it (but have since misplaced it). It said something to the effect of:

"Airline pilots only work 15 days a month and have more time to dive."

"Airline pilots fly to exotic places every day"

"Being an airline pilot is a high paying job."

GOD I wish I knew where I put that ad!!! I'd love to quote it ver batim!! But you guys get the idea.

It's sad that people out there fall under the influence of DCA's marketing. I wonder if he actually believes that?

He also doesn't realize that advertising the fact that he's a "pilot for Delta" won't get him any tail. Even if it were true that he actually was a pilot for Delta.

I think he's just trying to pick up chicks.

agreed...chicks dig the first year pilot pay

And the prestigious pilot uniform. I don't care what anyone says, when I'm an airline pilot I'm wearing my pilot cap and my jacket everywhere when I'm working besides when flying.

Ha, Ha, Ha, that has to be the funniest thing I have herd in a long time. I almost felt sad for him because he doesn’t have a clue, until he tries to pick up chicks with this lame stuff.

P.S. He's going to do great on the interview figuring he has to try to pick-up women on the internet because he can't talk to them in the real world!!!!!!!

I don't even know what to say.

And the other thing is he is not exactly alone. During my 2 years in Orlando, I conversed with many a Comair/DCA student (not instructors) who would tell me they were working as pilots for Delta Air Lines. I would have to bite my tongue so as not to be too rude...........
