I should have been more clear.

But they are having a hard time finding pilots. Why go to GL to make less than most other regionals out there? Required time is about the same....Maybe "GREAT" Lakes should go down to the local Burger King and recruit some new pilots.
Then again I don't know if the burger boys would be willing to take the pay cut.
The management at Lakes has made it clear over the years just how dispensable pilots are to them so they should have no trouble finding people nowadays.
