I just accepted my first Part 121 position with Colgan as SAAB FO and I owe it to all the help and knowledge of the people that participate on this site.

That is fantastic! You are a hell of a good role model not only for career changers, but for complete newbies as well. And you accomplished everything so quickly and efficiently with no hand holding from an expensive flight school program. On a sad note, I guess this means we're not having lunch now. :(

I am embarrassed with all the "inspiration" talk. Really I have just been fortunate to have great people around me, and great opportunities present themselves. This site has been a huge help to me, and I owe a lot to the people here. I will do my part in helping anybody in anyway I can.

You did narrations?!

Everyone around here had switched to iPod or CD "tour systems."

Yeah, they are soft. ;)

Them Twotter drivers get two crew, recorded narrations, GPS, rampers and two engines. ;)

We get one engine, also we have to do everything. Brief the pax, load the pax, narrate the tour, make position reports, talk to tower, dodge vomit, oh AND fly the plane at max gross with DA over 10,000. :bandit:

Cue the Scenic pilots in 3, 2, 1 .......:D
