Teterboro tips?

That's the one where you blast off and switch frequencies only to be greeted by 15 minutes of blocked transmissions while you chug along at 250 and 3000'. They should call it the OPEC departure.

Wasn't as bad at night, but couldn't understand a WORD those folks used. Back when I was a newly minted freight puppy, that DP was a blast. Probably still is.
 
The hardest part of the dalton was keeping the speed below 190. If we were light we'd have to pull the power back as soon as the wheels broke ground.
