For 9 years I've been flying with the same club from private to commercial. I started my CFI training (part-time) last year, and it has gone off the rails the last three months due to scheduling issues with instructors and airplanes. One of those months, I ended up not flying at all and I looked at airplane availability for August, and it looks like I am going to have another no-flying month (from mid-July to mid-Aug).
I am at the point of trying to find another flight school to finish my training, but would it cause more issues switching mid-stream, or should I just suck it up and do ground sessions until airplanes become available?
I want to transition to a 121 flying career, but I feel like the time its taking for this cert is going to cause me to miss out on that opportunity.
