I agree with you completely, as this is a known dangerous aerodynamic area in the '27 (and other t-tail aircraft of that size/configuration) that can have some very serious consequences.

Realize, however, now we've narrowed things down to a specific type/method of stalling on a specific configuration (t-tail) of a swept-wing, transport-category jet. Quite different than the original statement about never, ever stalling a swept wing jet.
 
The crashes were due to the high rates of descent and lack of awareness of what was happening, not the lack of ability to recover, as I recall. In any event, that is not an issue of swept wings but a t-tail. There have been some aircraft that have had issues with that (that is why they have those fins on the base of the fuselage on some corporate jets), but they still can generally be recovered with specialized techniques (even without the fins)..
