SWA May 2021

Received in person (virtual) invite yesterday. 2 part interview, one hour with recruiter and Dispatch leader and one hour for a "technical exercise". Curious if anyone has any insight as to what that may entail?

Congrats! Good luck on the interview! I'm still waiting to hear anything? Anyone else get the invite yesterday?
 
Few people I know got their invites yesterday. No one I know has gotten a TBNT letter yet.
 
TBNT emails have/are going out and it sounds like some offer calls have been made. Still a good number of people who haven't heard anything yet.
 
Congrats to everyone hired! I heard calls went out without a class date. Anyone hear any timeframe when this class will start?
 
For all who tested, was there a webcam that had to be on for testing? Was there any way the training department could monitor tabs being opened? I wonder what safe guards were in place to prevent cheating?

any idea on how it will work for those who tested, interviewed, etc with SW but didn’t get an offer?

had heard they would block people from applying multiple times within a 12 month time period if they got to a certain point in the process.
