I just had my copilot hired there. My guess he was sub 500 hours. Nothing too impressive. 60 hours of King Air 350 right seat a few hundred hours drone chasing, and a newly minted CFI ticket.

He had an internal recommendation and I gave him a letter of reference. He has a thing for the P-12 so is extremely excited to be getting to fly one and work for a real company.

I'm the same way I have been wanting to fly a Pc12 since I got in aviation. I just put in my resume again for the Santa Monica location hopefully it plays out.
