Tex mex isn’t bad. More “dry” style Mexican food, compared to New Mexican or Sonoran style.
there used to be a good place called Souper Salad. They all disappeared.
Then there was Sweet Tomatoes…..aka Soup Plantation in California……that all closed down for good due to COVID. Had great soup selection as well as salad.

Huh, I just learned that Darden sold Red Lobster to Golden Gate Capital back in 2014. Then last year they sold it to "Thai Union Group," a seafood supplier and owner of "Chicken of the Sea" brand canned tuna.
