So looking for something aviation related this summer, and I'm just curious what everyone has done in their summers when they were a wet CFI...
sissy. Open the vent above your head dive for the field at 120 and 2200 after release. Wort day towing was the day some • got the vent stuck closed. Felt like a sauna.Towed gliders. In the heat. Water water water.
Same here...waited tables for a year because there were no jobs in 2009 for wet CFI'sSold cars, waited tables while trying to find a CFI job (the airline industry was just starting to recover).
Flew for pinnacle, but I'll be a CFI again soon.
What part of the country are you in? If it's somewhere that the flying season is summer, I'm sure the employer would appreciate a little extra help when it's busy. If not, let them know your intentions and go from there.
Lots of banner tow and skydive operations ramp up in the summer, might want to look into that too. Good luck.

The CFI will give you more hours, experience, and pay than most gigs if you are low time. Sounds like you might have to move for it though. Look into flying clubs if you can't move.
