Well spirit is actually starting to hire first officers again. I know it’s not apples to apples, but I wonder if this means dispatch hiring is on the horizon.

This might be a dumb question because we would have to see how things play out. But hypothetically speaking, would the DX openings be in MCO or FLL?
 
You might get a choice. But considering the number of flights for the summer is going down. I wouldn’t expect hiring till after or next year.. if we are still around.. come on F9 to acquire us! Lol
 
Oh man. Things looking pretty bleak at NK. When WSJ is calling it, you know it's bad. I hate it for you guys.. I really do. Stay strong. A lot of us have been where you are.

Nothing has been said internally so far, but yeah it doesn't look good...
 
Best wishes to all down in FL as this news continues to break. It's sad when a whole load of good folks lose their jobs.
 
Well, lets talk about it.

There are enough of us oldsters still around (still alive?!) that have seen some sh-- in the airline business and survived the turmoil.

Oh yes, I've been there myself. It sucked, but I found new employment within a couple of months.
