There are a number of folks who were given PFO letters but were hired 6 months later.

Captain’s who fly with @Autothrust Blue are so burnt out after a 4 day trip, they have to hire 3 more to keep up with the attrition.

Ah, so that's where our growth is coming from.

Well, I received the thanks but no thanks from Spirit. The worst part is not knowing why. Well, at least I still have a job and I can complete my degree this semester instead of putting it off. Thanks to all for the well wishes.

I think we've all been there at some point, its a lousy feeling. Spirit is still hiring quite a few pilots for the time being so if you're still looking to move on in six months I would suggest trying again. Or is Spirit twelve months? Either way I think the second time around usually works out.

In this crazy industry you can't rule anything out. You might still end up being a Spirit pilot, although I hope the two of our companies merge. I would have never guessed who I work for now is where I would have been when I signed up.
