Doug! Oh wait.... Where did I hear that new rumor from.... Darn it.... Already forgot who told me about it..
"Rumor?"
Nah, four to six weeks man. Four to six weeks.
Apparently, (insert VP here) was spotted on a flight to Toulouse to talk about the Airbuses right after he was spotted having lunch at Boeing Field with the money people.
This RumorMill you speak of, are they hiring? It seems to be the only thing producing anything these days.He got it from the RumorMill!
If Delta orders more 74's, are those going to be fenced off? (My understand was that the current ones were fenced for 5 years? Feel free to correct me!)
Or would a new order mean that both D-n and D-S can bid the plane?

The one-thousand four-hundred and nineteenth Boeing 747 left Building 40-22 yesterday evening, the same way one-thousand four-hundred and eighteen 747s did before it. The aircraft, a 747-400ERF is the final -400 to come off the assembly line.
Why Mr Taylor, you seem to be caught ... in a WEB OF LIES!!!

The 744's that are being looked at aren't new.... there are a lot of them for cheap out in the desert. Quite a few that UAL bought and flew straight to the desert new.
Mike, when a plane is scrapped do they recycle the metal? Do they then reuse the metal for future new planes?
