Southern Air Moving to CVG

I have an interview with Southern Air on Thursday morning. Anyone have any insight into the interview process? Thanks in advance!
 
Only legal if Supplemental, right? So I guess if they start flying Flag, they'll have to adjust their shifts accordingly.

Again I know this is off topic but I just don't understand how the FAA can allow mechanics to have basically no limits on rest or duty limits but they have duty limits on dispatchers considering MX is the second leading cause of airline crashes right behind pilot error. Add to that 121 supp does not require dispatchers.. I am really scratching my head at this.
