Pretty cool video, a Quebec Provincial Government Medevac (Lifeguard for you folks) flight was having nosegear extension problems.
This happens at CYUY in Quebec (Royun Noranda - I'm probably butchering that spelling) also known as the middle of nowhere for most people, but it has a somewhat extensive airport.
After several attempts to land on the mains to get the nose gear to drop, they circled for 90 minutes to burn off fuel, tried a couple of more "touch and go's" , then decided it wasn't going to come down, circled again and proceded to attempt a landing with no nosegear...

Looks like from what's been discussed up here that this airplane is equipped with a gravel kit, and that may have played a part in this...
