So much for the "Your (Delta) application must be 40 pages!"

Just came by to give ya'll an update... my app is now 38 pages. So close... anyone have any ideas for getting the next couple pages knocked out?

Having two fewer pages is -15 points and you're only about 16.6725 above the minimum tier one baseline. Gimme $400 and I'll show you the secrets of not only matching that 40 page minimum, but how to use keywords to increase your total score and give you a bigger buffer above the minimum tier 1 baseline.

Yep. As a Gen-Xer caught in the 9/11, age 65, and recession era - I'm jealous of those millennials that get to sail right through their careers with tailwinds. I hope they realize how damn lucky they are.

As a fellow Gen-Xer I hear you. We are part of the "lost decade." Us early to mid-forties guys. Not too many forty-somethings at the airlines. Everyone is either very old (about to retire) or very young.

I don't know about that. J/S in a Delta MD the other day. The FO was a former RAH guy. Many mutual people we knew were in their 40's.
My new hire class of 12, most were mid 30, early 40's. @CFIscare brought down the average. I'm not sure he even needs to shave.

In my class at SJI there were only 2-3 under 30. A handful 30-35. 75% were over 35 and half of that group over 40. 2-3 were 50 or older.

Depends on the airline. My shop is chock full of 40 somethings. I think our avg age is something like 42. We are a young company.
