Why are you so negative?

sunglasses on your forehead clouds a lot of pilot's vision.
Well, a lot of people haven't broken the code that low minimums doesn't necessarily mean "happy fun expansionville" it means that there are better opportunities elsewhere that are attracting more experienced/qualified pilots.
Breathless thoughts of burning Jet-A and walking around in the terminal in a leather jacket and sunglasses on your forehead clouds a lot of pilot's vision.
Internal recs getting pilots through under mins? Have to be a strong rec (managerial, VP level). I saw a 950-hour pilot squeak by like that.
Yeah, we haven't expanded in years around here. In fact, we SHRUNK last Nov when we lost 15 planes......
Psst, Cheechako used to be "The Man" despite what the senior captain told you.
Actually... I'm not saying that. Yes... I typed it as a continued stream of thought in my post... but after I reviewed it I knew it wasn't correct, and not what I wanted to say. I edited it out before anyone posted a response and before I got the little "edited by Bob at 2:xxam..." So I'm thinking that you were in the process of responding during my edit and corrected post. Sorry about that.So...you are saying it's a necessary evil to be aligned with a flight academy to make it at a regional?
...which seemed more in line with what I meant to say overall. It was past 2am... I was up for the little one's feeding. My mind wasn't running on all cylinders...Captain_Bob said:But I'm thinking they still have the same "virtual stacks" of resume's that I listed above, minus the "Flight School Recs" stack, where there are different preferences being given to different people.
See... I told you they go into a different stack... LOL!Skywest has been stacking resumes from a certain flight school in vero beach, in the round file for years.
Cheechako still IS the man!Psst, Cheechako used to be "The Man" despite what the senior captain told you.
