I know exactly what you mean, E-ADX. This was my first interview, so the nerves played a huge part. I'm fresh out of school, but still stumbled on things that should have been a walk in the park...
I was just curious what was the interview like? Did they give you a test first? If so what areas did they focus on. What kind of questions did they ask in the actual interview? Just curious in case I get an interview next time...TY
Mostly METAR and legal to dispatch illegal dispatch and some plate information. The interview was a behavior panel style where they ask to describe your best day and worst day.
