Single-Engine Time build Fort Worth, TX

I'm a bit short on hours, trying to get to ATP minimums, and currently flying a simulator. Looking to split some time.

If anyone in the area has a need to build some time, I'm looking to do around 50 hours. Im a CFI/CFII if you are in need of any instruction, also.

Found a dry rate of $39 for a C152 just north of town - cozy, but cost effective!

Only if you were just a tad bit south......like San Antonio. What part of Dallas are you in? I try to visit family up there every so often.
