They do fail, I've seen it. On one the switch came off in my hand.

Pullable breakers fail too, so do AHRS units I suppose. Manage your risks accordingly

This thread makes me lol. I blew a half dozen circuit breakers on the metro a couple weeks ago, .

Apparently the ACM seat isn't a flushable potty also, on second thought I probably should have been able to figure that out when I couldn't open the lid.
