Russian Stealth Fighter

So much for keeping it a secret. Thank you $30 cell phone with 3.5 mega pixel camera. :D

Looks an awful lot like the F-22. More russian reverse enginerring?

If you looked at the pictures of it in the article, from head on, it looks alot like the F-23 to me.

It does have an interesting wing design to it as well.

Russian jets always appear wider and thinner than American designs. The engines seem so far apart also.

The F-22 has been flying for two decades? Aroo?

First flight for the F-117 was 1981. That was our first stealth. Russia is only 29 years behind.

Anyway, when Russia copies the F-22 radar wake me up. If it's another 30 years don't wake me up.

:yeahthat: lol yeah it's not hard to build an airframe, the real question is what are it's capabilities.

Russia didn't develop this by themselves.

They did it with the Indians, and both countries are interested in selling it to the highest bidder.

This picture of the instrument panel would indicate that even a Garmin 430 would be considered a muey bueno magnifico addition.

We need something better than the F-22.

I imagine we already have a handful of operational squadrons of whatever that would be.

what I want to see developed is space tech, like "rods from god." Can you imagine the hurt you could put on an enemy airforce if you could decimate their entire airforce from orbit without a fight. If the technology was good enough you could take them out in flight from orbit.
