Callouts are more accurately called "blurts," but yes. Tl;dr'ing a good portion of the Normals sections of the AFM is not a recipe for success in any complex airplane, not just an airliner.If you weren't able to very quickly figure out what a callout is or how to do CRJ flows, you would have absolutely no business flying an airliner.
