Revisions to NTSB 830 reporting

Just saw this on AOPA online:

A couple of interesting changes to incident reporting requirements, including Airborne Collision Avoidance System resolution advisories triggering the need to notify NTSB. Loss of information from glass cockpit displays as well.

"Any event in which an aircraft operated by an air carrier lands or departs on a taxiway, incorrect runway, or other area not designed as a runway, or experiences a runway incursion that requires the operator or the crew of another aircraft or vehicle to take immediate corrective action to avoid a collision."

So you think this is comming from all the people who have been landing on taxiways lately?
