Great justification! Just because she has 230 multi doesnt mean she's experienced.... Simply disgusting that they are now getting this low at even the "better" regionals...... Only one left now is Skywest!

I forget who, but someone was offered the 170 on JC, so your answer would be yes.

Lately it seems that they only give that to pilots with 121 experience or ATP minimums. They will offer you an A/C with a class date when they offer you the job.

It took me 2 secs to figure out why she got hired. She's a looker.


I was the second lowest TT guy in my new hire class, but I had the most multi time at 310. Plus ATP has a written letter of agreement with Colgan for instructors to interview at 400TT/100multi. Thanks ATP!! Just finished my systems test tonight too....feels damn good, can't wait for sims. So far training has been difficult, but nothing that can't be overcome by some hard studying. I've been up past 2am since we've been here studying.

Who is to say that this young lady doesn't have any other aviation experience (aviation weather forecasting, dispatching at a 121 company, prior ATC experience or work in dealing with the NAS)?
