So I was thinking about how to weigh the pros and cons of each carrier out there hiring (there are a ton of them). I thought an easy way to judge QOL is if they have a training contract or not. So here it goes... other than Air Wisconsin what Regionals do NOT have training contracts?
I would assume that without a training contract pilots must be staying for other reasons. It makes sense in my mind anyways
I am not job hunting I just like to hear how things are progressing in the industry.
