Regional Losses

Perhaps you should re-read my post first.

You just repeated yourself and apparently did not understand what I said

But, the two you have aren't as comfortable as something on mainline

RJ's are just as comfortable - to me the seats are the same. I see no difference between 737 seats and RJ seats.

I really like the ERJ seats - they seem to be more ergonomically designed than the Boeing seats (which do not offer the kind of neck support I like)

I flew in a 757 and an ERJ last week. I got to sleep much quicker on the ERJ.

It also is a tremendous advantage boarding and deplaning, that you are only fighting 49 other people at most to get off. The process is about 20 times faster than waiting for a jet way with 165 other people.

And what is up with these gate agents who block the jetway to make an "arrival announcement" ??? And in two languages? That is REALLY annoying!

Open the door, get out of the way and let us off the airplane!!!

Yeah, just ask, oh, say, Jim Kelly and Dan Marino about that. All the money you could ever want, and yet, no Super Bowl ring.

Come to think of it, ask Reggie Bush in January 2007 how he feels. He'll be filthy rich, but all that money won't get him a 100 yard game.

I just hope that, somehow, through it all, he can keep his spirits up.

John:

I'm glad you like the RJ seats. With all the DHing I do, I hate them. Just not comfy to me. I hear quite a few pax complain, too.

As for Very Important Gate Agents Standing In The Way, they're just showing all the pax how to properly deplane, walk into the middle of any random corridor, and stop ... right in the middle.

I'm surprised to hear that about RJ seats. I have been enjoying the "no middle seat" and fast load/unload.

I love RJs and hope they stay around for a while. Even my wife likes them and she hates flying! She wants me to buy one LOL.

John, you can have the RJ's!!! I can't stand them, especially for over 45 minutes or so, much less 3-4 hours.
