RAH strike vote

Well get rid of them when you are done I suppose. Didn't IBT do this crap with Great Mistakes years back too?

Sorry if it isn't exciting enough yet, bit it's a necessary step in the right direction.

Which was why I was asking for a timeline of events that has lead up to this point.

The IBT likes to keep things somewhat quiet, for what reason I don't know, but she'd some light on the situation, that's all.

Seriously, good luck though. Looks like you guys are moving in the right direction for the group.

Ok...here's how I saw it. I've met Jtrain and like all who've met him can concede he's a weasel. I have always had Todd as someone who would lead from behind. But YOU...I had hope for you...that you'd be a hard-core type guy. Now you're trying to make a hunger-strike-to-the-death "fun" and such. Really disappointed in you man, I had you pegged wrong...

Allow alcohol, and I can promise you I will die from alcohol poisoning prior to hunger. ;)

We are in mediaition. We have not been released for a strike yet but there are more meetings scheduled between now and the end of the voting close. Perhaps they are anticipating the two timeliness to work out about the same time. Of course a strike vote is like yelling at someone in the car next to you that you intended to "kick their ass" but we have to do this first before we actually get out of the car and do it. My quess is we will see 90% plus vote yes.

Good luck to all my RAH buddies...I hope you get to stick it up BB's arse and teamsters too after a new contract.

BTW thanks to the RAH crew that got me to work today and putting the gate agent in his place!

Jt, remeber also from the "confessions" tapes, that fear is all they have. They've got the pilot group to a point where fear is no longer an emotion, it's now only anger and most people wouldnt care if a strike ended with the company going to "live on a farm out in the country". They've played the fear card for 8+ years that I've worked there and it ain't working here.

Seems like the scales are falling from eyes all over the place. My buddy at Skywest says that Mgmt has been using the "GoJet" stick to beat down expectations...and that no one is buying it. Give em hell!
