Actually they do look at the comments part (at least that is what my hr rep is saying), because i was selected for the facility I listed first in my comments. even though i messed up and listed the wrong one first, but hey at least i was selected
fyi I was selected for pubnat 2

I have been planning on retaking the test this March, since it will be one year. I haven't heard yet about anyone else being able to retake it yet.

When I first took the test they said the scores would stay & be final and you can not retake the test for 1 year. I destinctly remember them mentioning this. I don't know how you go about retaking the test but I would contact someone from the this web page below from your specific region they would probably be able to direct you. At the bottom of the page on this website is a general number for the FAA you may want to contact them good luck on testing again.

I notice your location to be Florida, I am looking to be in an enroute facility in Florida I put that as my 1st preference. Where are you at in this process? are you looking to stay in Florida? are you looking to be enroute or tower? these might be better questions for a PM but whatever.

I am waiting like most for an email telling me I got selected. I live in Florida (pandhandle) already and am looking for enroute or tower. Hopefully Pensacola TRACON or Tower.

My question is, will this message change into my location information first, or does that only happen after I interview(if that happens).

The good news is I scored 100 on the AT-SAT. The bad news is I turn 31 years old June 2nd. So I am concerned since I don't have the luxury of time on my side.

I got hired on the September panel and that message still hasn't changed. Once you've made the referal list you don't use ASAP anymore for that announcement. Everything from here on out will be via email or phone.... mostly email.

Me too! Except for the fact that I'm turning 27... You're probably one of the coolest people in the world since you were born that day; everyone I meet with the same b-day as us are the greatest, I know I'm not too shabby myself, but I digress. The post above me is correct, at least as far as I know from other threads and frequent post-ers that have been through this arduous process...:) Hopefully all goes well and we'll be in OKC for our b-day. That would be super sweet! :rolleyes:

I've got to agree! I hope everything works out for us. It looks like they combined the 3rd and 4th announcement into the same time frame. Good luck. :)

Well, I know these posts are for the most part pointless and just speculation, but does anyone have an educated guess as to how long the remainder of the process will be for us pub3 folk? I'm really interested in when we may recieve earliest class dates. Based on the previous pubnat lengths, I speculate classes beginning in July-August! Anyone have a different opinion?

well some pubnat2 people are starting to get may, june, and i think someone even got an august date as well. so there may be some of you in there at the end, but i think a majority of you will be aug, or after. but when you know all your crap from the PEPC is cleared dont stop annoying your rep till you get a date. let them know you will take a date even with 1 day notice.
 
My guess has been OKC dates of June and later.

Then again, if there really are Feb and March PEPCs, and if we get a shot at those, then that would move things up a few months. At some point I guess people with late PUBNAT2 dates and early PUBNAT3 dates will end up in OKC together if they're going to the same facility.

Again, just speculation on my part.
 
So I was just driving up the west side highway to my place in the Bronx and see a USAIR A320 go into the hudson river, turned on the news as soon as I got in and apparently a flock of birds were ingested into the engines and caused it to go down. Hope everyones ok.

Wow that's a scary thing to witness. Did it look like it was making an emergency landing in the river? Or was it out of control and just lucky?
