applicants, yes, considering that many people probably don't get invited to take the AT-SAT at all, many of the people that DO take the AT-SAT, do not get GeoPrefs, and I assume that not everyone who gets a geopref makes the referral list (although I haven't heard of that case yet).

Assuming we are "still alive" at this point in the process, what are the chances? I think that is the question we want answered.

I'd say a large majority are able to take the AT-SAT (it's based off work requirements and/or education). Then, as long as you score a 70% on your AT-SAT, you get a GeoPrefs Email (say, a somewhat large percentage). Then EVERYONE who gets a geopref email, will make the referral list.

The only time it starts narrowing down is whether or not you're Qualified or Well Qualified. Then it's onto panels and your geo-preferences that'll determine if you're selected or not.

well maybe they were DQ'd for some other reason, my point is not everyone that applies makes it this far.

Well my point is that something might have happened, as in a typo or something else. Everything i say is verbatim of an ATM. Not my own ideas and thoughts. While everyone doesnt make it this far, there is some guidance. If they scored qualified, they get a Geo-pref email.

What states did you put down for 3/4?

California and Washington

If you only scored qualified...sorry...it is exceptionally UNlikely that you will be selected. Please start CTI right now, retake the AT-SAT, or wait a couple years when they are more desperate.

Don't wait until a bunch of people on the forums are celebrating. It rips your heart out. It really really does.

If you are well qualified...as far as I know chances are about 50/50.

Hey whatever happens happens. Cheers to those who make it. :bandit:
