I got a call on new years eve, got redirected to Hilo and R.A. gave me an initial start date of April 1st (but you already know that from SM right?)

still waiting on new TOL/FOL and start packet and blah blah blah
 
my buddy that is going to hcf said they were told that no more ots will be going to level 10 or higher. i hope this isnt true but you got diverted. im scared that i too will have the same fate.

i really don't want to move to hilo or maui or whatever. but at this point i'll take any FOL i get

exactly...

plus if we are checked out in hilo lvl 7 first, it gives us a buffer if we wash out while trying to transfer to the higher level facility. No need to worry about getting tossed/recycled back to OTS/REINST

Terminal maybe. All Centers are level 10 and higher, and they're not going to start people allocated for En Route off at a low level Terminal facility, only to have them completely change environments.
 
HCF has their candidates selected for 2+ years, and they do not include me. So I'm headed for OGG in fiscal 2011. Hooray.
