I put up a preliminary schedule. Key word is P-R-E-L-I-M-I-N-A-R-Y. Remember, the "big day" is on Monday and isn't going to change, but the tours and education events are still 'works in progress'.

Also, stay tuned for "+1" event updates. We're still putting together events for people who may be attending with you that don't necessarily want to do the career expo or educational events with a bunch of pilot geeks! ;)

Also, you can follow the link on the page to register for your hotel rooms. We negotiated a limited number of rooms for Friday and Saturday night if you'd like to come early and help us wreck Las Vegas the weekend before the event starts! ;)
 
Wow Doug!!! Did you atleast give the hotel events coordinator some vasoline??? Compared the special NetworkJC rates to expedia.com for the 15th-20th. I will be booking my room soon!

Your Special Rate = $545
Expedia.com = $1021
 
If you want Friday and Saturday night, book quick because there aren't that many rooms available. Pretty much for the people that want to do a little clubbing on the weekend with free entry into the N9NE clubs at Palms and want to tear it up a little before the serious stuff starts Sunday Night thru Tuesday!
 
It's probably on The Plams site somewhere, but what is the cancellation policy on the hotel rooms?

Booked our hotel tonight! Not for sure we can come, but if we are, we'll be there all weekend (Fri-Tues)

You know I'm down with that! What do I have to do to acquire one of these rooms? Advance registration/deposit, etc?

Just book it. There aren't that many available FRI and SAT as you see from the regular rates, there's probably something going on that weekend club-wise.

We've got "CEO+X" gratis entrance into the clubs FRI and SAT so make sure you hit me up so I can get you where you gotta be! ;)

Nope, the link is all you need. If you roll over the link, you will see the Res Code appear at the end of the url.

Wilco. I'll nail this down ASAP- warming up the whole city when it was just me and Gonzo was fun and all, but it's always nice to have help. :)
 
Just booked 10/16-20. I'll worry about days off later.

Based on our conversation with Jtrain & TheShortOne at the Jan. M&G, we couldn't pass this up.
Haven't been on here too much lately, but that's cause I've been flying my ass off (that's my story and I'm sticking to it). But... that's a different thread... our on-demand freight business has picked up a whole lot in the last month or so.

(I hope that I might even be posting in the "Jobs Available" section soon.)
