That said, if it wasn't for this website, @mikecweb and I probably wouldn't be friends. I can't say how elated I am for him to finally be a coworker. Too bad he got the other fleet. Hope he enjoys Africa!
 
I love Africa. Especially N'Djamena. That is a high quality place. And don't forget Slingchow, China (or however you spell it). My eyes are still watering.

But seriously, welcome aboard. I'll be the guy always in a hoodie. Looking forward to meeting everyone. And Polar is a good guy, even if he did call me "froggy" once.

Don't forget the retching. I'm flying with a Polar LCA (DM) who put it best: it smells like the butt crack of a decomposing dead body.

Getting there. A lot of it depends on how the next year shakes out with vacancies. Pretty scary to think that some poor soul is going to have to fly with me. Haha
