I've been generally going with Supreme Commander. I feel it enhances the CRM amongst the entire crew when they know their place from the start. After all, gotta set the tone.

I discovered recently that adding a couple of people to THE LIST has much improved the site for me. I look at threads, see people making replies on threads that go on for days and I can pretty much guess that one or more of the magic carpet three are on another Rant O Rama, but I don't have to put up with it or see it. I can say what I feel and if I get a response from one of them, I never see it, don't get bothered by it and no longer reply to their b.s. It's quite freeing.
It's great to see you back here, man. We don't need the decent guys being railroaded off here.

To be honest I've got a 10' 6" longboard that is storage that I need to break out. But it is still a pier.
I've been getting a few PMs so I'll just put it all here.
Been applying to Atlas for 5 years. Got the test email about a month ago, interviewed last week, in Monday's 74 class.
Just under 5k total, 3k Turbine, 2k Turbine PIC, no 121, 4-year BS from Humpty Diddle. My interview group was a mix of everyone. Most seemed to have between 3k-5k with a sprinkling of higher time ACMI guys from other airlines.
Others have asked why/how I got the call and whether a career fair might help. Honestly I've never been to a career fair since I left college. I don't disagree that they may be helpful but it certainly isn't a requirement. Obviously persistence pays off and a genuine willingness to work here.
Thank you to @Polar742 for his friendship and guidance over the past 7 or 8 years, his beer money is no good (as long as it's PBR tall boys or Rainier), @Screaming_Emu who I've been friends with since before we both even learned to fly and he's now in the class ahead of me on the same airframe, and of course @Derg & @Kristie, words cannot describe how much I sincerely appreciate their friendship and their efforts in making this place an amazing community.
Excited to join the ever growing number of JCers at Atlas, there will be at least two others in my class.
