You're forgetting all our rates go up 4% in December.

This conference call is hilarious, it's like listening to a loudspeaker in a hospital waiting room.

funny how they say that mesaba has infrastructure to handle large number of turboprops even though CJC operates many more than Mesaba. I think what they meant to say is that the mgmt team at Mesaba has the greater brainfrastructure to run a large turboprop comany.

we would like to thank the east memphis junior high AV club for the technical support for this webcast.

Jerk? Let me refer you to rule # 3 of this forum
3. Watch your language.
If you can't express your frustration without the use of a four-letter word, come back when you're not as frustrated.

Anyways, was saying you have the option of quitting again.

Saw this. Thought of this thread.

Listen, that is our President, Uncle Jinglepants, and you'll get used to listening to him. Sounds like I'll have to get used to George Casey again.

Yeah it will be, thanks to the hardworking Colgan pilots.

Will be? Oh, ok. So then "I guess we aren't so different, you and I" is just a little misleading then isn't it? It's real hard for me to compare my contract to your FLOP.

Hope you guys realize what a real team of ALPA members Mesaba has here and that you all have a wealth of experience to draw from.

Hate to say this, but look what the hardworking Pinnacle pilots have gotten.

Nothing. Absolutely nothing.

Pinnacle is officially "on ice" from the NMB and we have watched the money made from our hard work buy TWO airlines now.

Love your optimism, but I wouldn't exactly bet on Colgan getting anything that is industry standard from our management group anytime soon.

Just hope things end up working out for the best for all parties now involved in the mess that is Pinnacle Corp.

Rumor is we were tossed on ice thanks to this glorious announcement. Management likely gave the NMB a heads up, pleaded for time to get their house in order, and their plea was granted. Meanwhile, all of our pleas fall on deaf ears. We've only got about 5 sections left open. If management wants to start something new, fine. But they need to finish what they started over 5 years ago. Sadly, it would appear the NMB is willing to let them put things off. They probably need the money they're saving every month that goes by without a new contract to pay this off now. The really bad thing? People are gonna blame the MEC and the NC for this because they don't understand how the NMB works.

Mesaba's gonna get hosed in 2011 it seems. There's a Q&A (with some pretty laughable parts, I might add) up on the 9E website. XJ guys, welcome to sucky pass benefits starting in 2011. You'll be transitioning to the "independent" pass program then. Also says XJ HQ will stay in Eagen, MN for two years, but after that, who knows. The overhead of operating two separate airlines under a holding company only made sense from a whipsaw stand point. Operating three not only has ME scratching my head, but the shareholders, too......
