Yes. The only exception (although not growth) is the Mesaba Saabs, if their seats shrink then so do their positions in the fence. New Q400's are not fenced which would make sense since they do not exist.

So essentially barring any growth, whatever seat you had the possibility of holding at some point PRE-MERGER, you are the first to be considered before anyone from the pre-merger airlines? What about when those Saabs do start to shrink?
 
No, I don't read it that no one can move around, hence why I used the quotes. It's more like a psuedo fence where as long as the set number of positions required by the SLI are met (or less than the number and not bid on by that respective pilot gropu) then any additional openings are fair game.
 
I'm sitting right around 38% up the list. Pretty much where I am on the 9E list. Maybe 1 or 2% higher. I was a 3/06 hire.
