Pilot Problems

With that....

I'm a married man. I leave the toilet seat and lid down at home. On a trip - not so much. It has carried over a few times and my wife has a couple paragraphs worth of words for me ;)

I haven't run into that yet, but I'm sure is only one late night half awake dip in the toilet before I hear about it!

Etflies' missing towel rack...

This problem has a fix, and it doesn't take an A&P to do it.

I did just that in our new place but the last couple we lived in aren't big fans of us making changes, even when we said we'd fix it when we moved out.

Going to your room after a long day (night) and your room key doesn't work, requiring an angry and possibly long return to the front desk. Only to have it not work again. Honorable mention: Going to the gym or other hotel facility and finding out your key doesn't work upon your return to your room.
This key problem happened to me twice this last week. I didn't have my wallet and they didn't believe I was Tracy.... Oh the fun.

Time-building, you start gauging major expenses on the basis of how much flying time you would loose. Then frivolously explaining to friends why you don't ski, scuba and attend your ten-year reunion (college or high school) still driving your senior year car.

Haha, this happened to me this morning! Had to wait behind three people ahead of me at the front desk too, meanwhile I'm dripping sweat everywhere from a 7 mile run...
