Question, obviously he was a pretty good pilot (stick and rudder) to not get caught for decades right? Here is where its going to get really stupid...think they charge him with one count of attempted murder for every passenger he transported over the years. The claim is he endangered their lives by flying illegally, but in the end they will take whatever they can to get him locked up for the rest of his natural life, or do the Dutch who are pretty liberal, give him a fine and make him take the test to get certificated....lmao. Which Airline? Do I really need to add the sarcasm tag...?

Reports say the man was relieved his long deception was uncovered and tore off his pilot's stripes in the cockpit.

Would it be possible to counterfeit them? Maybe buy knock-off epaulets from China for $100/ton? You're talking some REAL profits!

Yeah, but the Chinese ones have too much lead in them. Then there would be a recall, we'd have to hide in our homes from reporters, Oprah might do some big expose on the whole thing, and of course we would get sued.
