Pilot Arrested: Epaulets Hold The Power?! :)

I don't see how they didn't catch this guy before now. It looks like his stuff would have came up as a fake well before 13 years.

Hell they good as well throw him a real cert and let him keep flying, he already has 10k hours.
 
So, how do they revise the books to reflect there not being a PIC for all those flights? Think he'll get any jail time?
 
So...can he book the 10,000 hours as turbine time? Can he log the time he spent as the pilot flying as PIC time? He was the sole manipulator of the controls.

If that is the case, once he gets out of jail, he's qualified for all of his ratings, that's for sure. Just pass the tests, and he'll get those ratings.

I guess he might have a problem with the moral character clause, though.

He needs appropriate ratings to log it as PIC as the sole manipulator. Just flying the airplane is not enough.
