That's actually pretty standard. I heard skywest paid $5 and hour way back when and they pumped out 50 releases a day. Lol
My first dispatcher position started at $9.60 an hour. Of course, that was quite a while ago...adjusted for inflation, though, it would be about $16.20 per hour today.

Piedmont's rate looks decent to me, but I have no idea of what the cost of living is like in SBY.

$13/hr to start waking up at 2am for a 245am start in January in Minnesota...
 
But at least you nonrevved enough miles to get to pluto and back with that.
Damn straight, every continent except Antarctica in Business class for $0, along with upper deck on the 747 DTW-ICN pre-Covid. Sadly, it is a completely different experience now and cargo is now my preferred method of travel...
