Hey thanks for this info back on the diamond/flying gig. I am now managing a CE-500 for a private owner and have some new questions. He owns the airplane in his name, he flies in it for personal trips and plans to occasionally for a meeting for work. Questions: This is all still legal due to the fact that its like flying that DA-40? What if he wants me to fly his friends and him somewhere, can he charge his friends for some of the gas? Its no different if the owners wife and her friends want to go to Vegas for the weekend right?
